Peak Trailer history

During the summer of 1997 we started to design a motorcycle trailer to take the luggage and equipment that long-distance touring often requires. Having seen first-hand the resulting aesthetic results of some designs, our goal was to design a trailer that would blend into the overall lines of a motorcycle. Other criterias were aerodynamics and safety - always a concern when pulling a trailer.

1997 -
	At year 1997 we started to design our trailer. First unit (no photos) we got out in 3 months. Desing was without any corners and with that neat spoiler on top of the tail. Shortly after the first unit was ready we had to change the model more easier to assemble (in photos above).
- 2003
	2000 we bought moulds from Speeding sidecars and started to build sidecars as well. Couple years and lots of changes for the unit was needed to have us understand the impossibility of building of this specific model of sidecar.We sold the molds to US and stick with trailers only.
2003-
	These days Peak Trailer is still manufactured in Eastern Finland. Currently we are selling one trailer product. We deliver our trailers all around the world.
